• Late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable.

👥 Eligibility:

Minors under the age of 14 (inclusive) cannot visit alone and must be accompanied by an adult for verification upon entry.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Smoking and drinking are not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue
• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
• If you wish to enter Tiananmen Square, you will need to book your own tickets separately. This itinerary does not guarantee entry to Tiananmen Square.
• Tram and National Museum Route: The tram drop-off point on the return trip is Tiananmen East. During major holidays, if passengers are not allowed to drop off at Tiananmen, the drop-off point will be adjusted to Qianmen Station.
