Pick-Up Information:

• Pick-up services are only available for hotels located within the Old Quarter and the district below: Hoan Kiem, Hai Ba Trung, Tay Ho, Ba Dinh
• You can choose to depart at the following times: 08:00, 17:00. Make sure you take part at the time you selected at booking

• Address: 38 Bat Su, Hang Bong Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
• If your hotel is located outside pick-up area, please head directly to the meet-up location and meet up with your guide

Eligibility:

• Children aged 0-2 can join for free, as long as they will ride with one paying adult
• They will be provided a child safety bike seat, but please be informed that only one child is allowed on the child seat
• Please note that it is not recommended for infants who have never ridden a bike or scooter to join the tour
