Pick-up information
1. Hotel pick-up information

• Hotels within Nha Trang center only at 15:00
• Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance.
• Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick-up time.
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page.
• In case your hotel is out of Nha Trang center, please head to the meet up location instead.

2. Meet-up information:

• Vitamin Sea Hostel at 15:00
• Please arrive at the meet up location 15 minutes before the meet up time
• Address: Vitamin Sea Hostel - 39 Yet Kieu street, Van Thang ward, Nha Trang City
• Please refer to the map for assistance

Eligibility:

• Participants must be aged 11+ to participate in this activity
• Participants must have a height of at least 130cm to join the activity

Additional Information

• Participants should have a normal physical fitness level to join this activity
• Kindly indicate your hotel name and address at the checkout page.
• If you are heading to the meet up location instead, please write NA or Meet Up Location
• Please contact the operator directly in case you cannot make it to the pick up location on time. The operator's customer service hotline can be found on your voucher
• Pick-up/drop-off at hotel in Cam Ranh: surcharge 250,000 VND per group of maximum 4 customers per way
• Pick-up/drop-off at hotel in Alibu Area, Amiana Area, Vega City surcharge 100,000 VND per group of maximum 4 customers per way

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• This activity could be canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen events. If canceled, you may book a different date or ask for a refund.
