• When placing your order, please provide a valid contact phone number, along with the full names and ID numbers of all passengers, for child tickets the guardian’s ID number may be provided. Attraction staff will contact you on the day of travel to confirm the departure time and boarding pier, typically before 17:30 during off peak season and before 19:30 during peak season. Please ensure your phone remains accessible.
• Night cruise schedule for Two Rivers and Four Lakes. Boats depart irregularly between 18:20 and 21:30 daily. Additional departures operate from 21:40 to 23:30 during public holidays and July to August. Please reconfirm the exact departure time and boarding pier with the attraction’s customer support by phone.
• Each cruise departs on time and will not wait for late arrivals. Once tickets are issued, no refunds or changes are permitted unless caused by the attraction. If visitors miss their scheduled cruise, they may apply once to reschedule to a later time slot on the same day, subject to seat availability. Please consult directly with the dock staff for arrangements. Rescheduling is valid on the same day only. If rescheduling is not possible, or the rescheduled cruise is missed, the ticket will become void automatically. Any resulting losses shall be borne by the visitor.
• Bringing flammable, explosive, or toxic items on board is strictly prohibited. Pets are not permitted. Smoking on board is forbidden. Intoxicated individuals will be denied boarding.
