• Sedan: 3 persons + 3 luggage
• MPV-4: 4 persons + 4 luggage
• 12 seats: 10 persons + 8 luggage

Number of luggage:
Each person can carry 1 piece of checked luggage (dimensions: the sum of length, width, and height shall not exceed 135 cm) and 1 personal item that does not occupy space (such as laptop bag, small bag).

• If the above baggage regulations are not met, the driver reserves the right to refuse to carry the baggage, and the passenger must bear the cost of calling an additional car to carry the baggage.
• If you want a more comfortable riding space, it is recommended to order a model with "number of passengers > actual number of passengers".
• Baby strollers are considered checked baggage. Passengers who wish to bring a baby stroller must contact customer service in advance.

Service Introduction
Pick up at the airport

• Service period: 24 hours
• Waiting time: The flight is subject to the arrival time of the flight. The driver will wait for free for 60 minutes in the pick-up hall after customs clearance (if you are stuck at customs due to personal reasons, please be sure to contact the driver in advance to discuss solutions).

Drop off

• Service period: 24 hours
• Meeting location: In the hotel lobby or outside the hotel (according to hotel regulations).
• Meeting time: The airport transfer will depart 4 hours in advance by default. If you need to customize the time, please indicate the specific departure time in the remarks.
• Waiting time: The driver must wait no more than 15 minutes from the agreed time.
• In the event of strikes, road maintenance, traffic jams or other force majeure factors, passengers may miss their flights. In this case, no refunds will be given, so please be informed before making a reservation.
