Only a legitimate holder of a valid ticket can enter the Theater. One person per ticket regardless of age.

Children two years old or below may be exempted from the ticket requirement if not occupying a seat, provided a valid ID is presented. Each adult can accompany only one child free of ticket.

Travel to and from the venue is the sole responsibility of the customer. No refund or exchange will be permitted due to alteration, late arrival, unavailability, postponement, or cancellation of travel services by land, air, or sea.

For security purposes, upon request before entering the Theater, ticket holders may be subject to inspection and must open any bag, package, or other item. Customers who do not consent to being searched or other security procedures may be denied entry without refund or compensation.

Any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate (including but not limited to glass bottles, cans, knives) is not permitted for admission.

Customers must be appropriately clothed and wear shoes. Customers not appropriately clothed or barefoot will not be permitted entry.

• You cannot choose a specific seat. Please refer to the voucher for your seating arrangement. Seats are decided by the system and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited tickets. Single or non-adjacent seats may be assigned, and customers must accept the arrangement.
• Customer shall arrive at the Theater at least 15 minutes before the show starts.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Theater
• Sales and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages (if permitted for the Show in question)are for Customer of 18 years old and above only
• All mobile phones, portable communication devices or any other electronic equipment should be disabled when inside the Theater to avoid disturbing the Show
• Cameras, audio and video recorders are not permitted inside the Theater, unlesspreviously authorized by Management (as applicable). The use of equipment for3475-3205-4324, v. 4recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visualmaterial or any information or data inside any Theater is strictly forbidden
• Unauthorized recording equipment, recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and destroyed or deleted
• ** The following restricted / prohibited items are not permitted in the theater: ** Outside food or beverage; Glass bottles, cans and alcoholic beverages (except those purchased at thetheater); Any type of professional photography and videography equipment (includingcameras, instant cameras, laptops, tablets, drones, GoPros, etc.); Long handled umbrellas, large bags and luggage; Pets (only service animals are permitted); Aerosol or metal cans, firearms, fireworks, laser pointers; Knives or other dangerous weapons; Banners, flags and metal flag poles; Whistles and any noise makers; Glass bottles, confetti or shredded paper; Any item or restricted object deemed by the Management to be dangerous or inappropriate
• Throwing objects, uses of lighting sources such as laser pointers, flash photography or similar devices are strictly prohibited
• Customer who causes disturbance, act inappropriately or refuse to comply withrequests made by Management (as applicable) will be ejected from the Show withoutany refund or compensation
• Customers who do not consent being searched or any applicable security proceduresduring the Show may be ejected from the Theater without any refund or compensation
