Luggage Information

Eligibility

• Up to 2 children aged 0-5 can travel free with 1 paying adult, provided they do not occupy separate seats. A ticket must be purchased for the third child and beyond
• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Please take note: Tickets for children aged 6-11 are not available on Klook; please purchase them on site or purchase the adult ticket (“Person” ticket) on Klook directly if needed, and the price on site shall prevail
• This activity is only valid for non-Japanese passport holders with a "Temporary Visitor" Visa stamp on the passport. Non-Japanese passport holders with a permanent residence in Japan cannot use this product

Seat Reservation

• Online reservation is required to receive the QR code for boarding. You’ll need to select the date, time, train, and seat during the reservation process.
• Reservations or changes must be made at least 5 minutes before departure, and changes are limited to twice per ticket
• Seat reservation and changes are not available from 02:00-04:00 (GMT+9) due to web maintenance
