Reserve your tickets online in advance and redeem them as soon as you arrive at the airport. Choose from either one-way or round-trip tickets. Arrive at your destination in just under 40 minutes.

Purchase Notice:

Q1: Can the ticket be used on the same day of purchase?
A: No. This ticket is valid only for Limited Express trains starting from the day after purchase. The e-ticket QR code will only be displayed on the day of use.

Q2: When do I need to reserve a seat? Can I change my train?
A: You must complete the seat reservation at least 5 minutes before the train's departure. To make changes, please do so at least 5 minutes before the original train's departure. You can change it up to 2 times.
* Only "Regular seats" can be reserved. It is not possible to change to "Super Seat."

Q3: What should I do if I miss the train I reserved?
A: If you miss your reserved train due to personal reasons, your limited express ticket will be invalidated, and no refunds will be given, nor will you be able to board the subsequent limited express train. However, your ticket remains valid and you can transfer to a regular train (non-limited express) to your destination.

Q4: How do I enter the station using the e-ticket?
A: Please use the "dedicated e-ticket gate." The ticket cannot be used at stations without e-ticket gates or at regular ticket gates.

Q5: What should I pay attention to if multiple people buy tickets together?
A:

• If a single order includes multiple travelers, tickets were previously issued separately. For purchases made on or after October 1, 2025, this has been adjusted so that all tickets can now be used on the same device via a right-swipe action. Please take note.

Q6: What should I do if a system error occurs when reserving a seat or changing trains?
A:

• Please try using another mobile phone or computer and paste the voucher URL into the recommended browser. (You will need to re-enter the one-time password OTP.)
• Or, ask a companion to help you. (They will also need to enter the OTP.)
• If the issue persists, please contact KKday. We will assist in reporting it to the supplier (processing time usually takes about 1–2 weeks).

Eligibility:

• 12 years and older with a passport that indicates "Temporary Visitor" or a tourist visa.
• Child ticket: 6–11 years old (only available for purchase on-site, no e-ticket).
• Children 5 and under are free if they do not occupy a seat; if a seat is needed, please purchase a child ticket on-site.

Scope of use:

• Outbound: Kansai Airport Station → Namba Station (Stops at: Shin-Imamiya, Tengachaya, and Sakai stations)
• Inbound: Namba Station → Kansai Airport Station (Board at: Shin-Imamiya, Tengachaya, and Sakai stations).

*Note: Please note that Rapi:t α does not stop at Sakai Station

• Please note that Rapi:t does not operate 24 hours a day (excluding specific dates).
• If you lose your voucher or ticket after redeeming, requests for replacements or a second redemption will not be granted.
• If you get off the train before arriving at the designated destination, the unused portion will not be refunded, please consider carefully before booking.
• If you are unable to show your ticket because your device is lost, malfunctioning, out of battery, and therefore unable to use the e-ticket, the e-ticket cannot be re-issued or refunded.
