1. Where can you pick me up?

Pick-up is available in District 1 to 3 (city center). If you’re staying further away, like District 7 or near the airport, there may be a small surcharge or meeting point. Just let us know your address after booking!

2. Can I change my pick-up address after booking?

Yes! Just message us with your new hotel or location. We’ll confirm if it’s still within the pick-up area or if there’s any small surcharge.

3. What language does the guide speak?

Each driver has different language skills, some speak English, some Chinese, and some both. You can check this info in the “About Me” section before booking.

4. Can two people ride on one scooter?

Each scooter is for one guest only (plus your driver). If you’re traveling with a friend, please book one scooter per person so everyone rides comfortably and safely.

5. Is it safe? Am I covered by insurance?

Yes! All laimi drivers are licensed and experienced locals, and your ride is fully covered by travel insurance for extra peace of mind. Helmets and raincoats are provided, and we always keep a comfortable and safe pace so you can relax and enjoy the view!

6. Is food or drink included?

Meals and drinks aren’t included, but your guide knows all the best local spots. You can stop for a snack or meal anytime and pay directly at the restaurant.

7. Can I choose where to go?

Definitely! The tour is flexible, just tell your driver the places you’d love to see and they’ll plan the best route to fit your time.

8. What if it rains?

Light rain? No problem, raincoats are ready! If the weather gets too heavy, you can reschedule or cancel according to our weather policy.
