• Arrive at the pick-up location at least 15 minutes before the confirmed departure time.
• Late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable.
• This is a shared transfer, and exact pick-up time will be reconfirmed one day prior.
• Due to road conditions in Lujia Village/Village Family Lu, the hotels and B&Bs in the Lujia Village area cannot pick you up at your doorstep. Please walk to the Fengyu Bridge for assembly (about 3 to 5 minutes on foot)

• Travelers with a height of 1.2 meters and under are classified as children.

• Pick-up service is shared and not private. The type of vehicle used is determined based on the actual number of guests.
• If you have oversized luggage or more than one suitcase per person, please let us know so that you can arrange your car properly.
• If you purchase a child ticket for a child under 1.2 meters in height, this ticket type does not include a seat on the ship. It only covers the seat fee for transportation to the pier and the buffet service on the ship.
• The price shown on the paper cruise ticket is the standalone cruise ticket price. The additional amount covers transfer services, handling fees, and service fees. To purchase Lijiang River cruise tickets, foreign tourists are required to provide identity document information for collection.
