1. Can the driver pick me up from anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City?
Yes! Pick-up is available in Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and Tan Son Nhat Airport area. For locations outside these areas (e.g., Thu Duc or Binh Tan), a small surcharge may apply or you can meet the driver at a nearby central point.
2. Can this service be used for airport transfer or trips outside the city?
Airport transfers within Ho Chi Minh City are totally fine, as long as the total service hours fit within your booked package. For intercity trips (e.g., to Vung Tau or Mekong Delta), please book a separate transfer service.
3. How many people and suitcases can fit in the car?
Our Limousine service offers spacious vehicles ranging from 9-seater to 28-seater options. Each passenger is allowed 1 standard luggage (36cm x 25cm x 53cm) and 1 hand-carry bag. Please make sure to select the right vehicle type that fits your group size and luggage requirements when booking.
4. Can the driver speak English or Chinese?
Drivers mainly speak Vietnamese and a little English, but no worries, they use translation apps to communicate smoothly with guests and are very experienced with international travelers!
5. Can we customize the itinerary?
Yes! You can plan your own route within the city. If your itinerary includes far locations (e.g., Cu Chi Tunnels), overtime or extra distance fees may apply.
6. Are child car seats provided?
Child seats are not available for this product. You’re welcome to bring your own if needed.
7. Can we eat or drink inside the car?
To keep the vehicle clean and pleasant for all guests, eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed in the car.
8. What if we want to extend our trip or travel farther?
You can extend the tour on the spot if the driver is available. Overtime is charged at VND 120,000 per hour, and extra kilometers will incur a small surcharge, both paid in cash to the driver.
9. Are parking fees or tolls included?
Toll fees are already included in the tour price. However, parking fees are not — guests will need to pay these directly to the driver based on actual cost. In case of airport pick-up or drop-off, the airport entrance fee will also be paid by the guest.
