• Wheelchairs are accessible in the venue. The staff will notify the suitable visit route and other notices before entry, and barrier-free lavatory is also available inside. For travelers who wish to bring their own wheelchairs, the local staff on-site will put on the dust covers before entry
• Please note the following works (Waterfall of Light Particles at the Top of an Incline and Soft Black Hole - Your Body Becomes a Space that Influences Another Body) are not accessible for wheelchairs due to safety reasons
• Upon entry, each guardian (over 18 years old) can accompany up to 3 children under 13 years old (including free-admission toddlers)
