Eligibility:

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• This activity requires a minimum of 2 participant(s). If the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund
• The above prices are applicable to adults, children and infants, all of the particiants needs to purchase a ticket

• Minimum number of participants are 2 to operated the tour. I there are not enough participant and cancel the tour, we will notify you one day before departure
• Tour fee is same for Adult, Child and Infant.  Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Participants aged 2-17 must be accompanied by an adult
• No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
• Please provide a representative's full name in English/Chinese, contact number, email and number of participants for reservation
• In case of rain, we will provide you disposable raincoat (Adult regular size only)
• Under Typhoon signal No. 8 or above, the tour would be cancelled for safety reasons. The actual situation is subject to our announcement on the day
• Due to traffic, local conditions or force majeure the itinerary is subject to change without prior notice
• The schedule of fireworks display is subject to change, the arrangement is made by Macau Government
• If case of the open-top bus breaks down, the open-top bus would be changed to an ordinary tourist bus without prior notice
• Please arrive at meet up location 10 minutes before departure time. Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
• All seats on the bus are unreserved seat location, requests cannot be accepted
• Some of the open top buses have a partial canopy for providing protection from rain and sunlight.  We cannot accept requests for bus types
• All the photos are for reference only
• In case of any disputes, Goldspark Macau Tours Limited reserves the right of final decision
• The date and time of fireworks are subject to change, depands on the arrangements of the Macau government
• The fireworks competition is divided into two sessions (21:00 and 21:40) per day, and our tour can only watch one of the session
• The fireworks display will be viewed on the bus while it is moving and will not stop. The location for viewing the fireworks depends on the situation on the day, it won’t be able to watch the entire fireworks display
