• Please arrive at the location 15 mins before the departure time.
• Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded.

• If you miss your tour group, you will not be able to enter the Park on your own as the tickets is only applicable with the guide
• Smoking and carrying luggage or large bags are prohibited.
