• Travelers must visit the designated theme land on the specified entry date as indicated on the e-voucher. You cannot change the entry date or the selected theme land after booking your order. If you need to cancel your order or make changes to the: ① number of people ② ticket type(s) ③ selected theme land(s) ④ entry date(s) within the validity period specified on the ticket, please log in as a KKday member, go to “My Orders” and click “Contact Support” on the relevant order. KKday customer service will assist you as soon as possible.
• Cancelling/changing the order is free of charge until 15 days before the visit date. A JP¥200 fee per ticket is required for cancellation/changes made from 14–0 days to the validity end date.
• If you want to change the order, your order will be canceled and placed again.

• Please present the QRcode at Disneyland's automated ticket gate for admission.
• Visitors who book an e-ticket must present the QR code via an electronic device upon admission. Please do not print out the e-ticket.
• Visitors must present the ticket used for entry if they re-enter the park on the same day.
