• Pick up areas within Guilin (East to Sanlidian Roundabout, South to Guilin No.8 High School, West to Qinghe Meibang, North to Beiji Square. For areas beyond this range, please proceed to the designated meeting point for boarding.)

• Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the departure time.
• Late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable.
• This is a shared transfer, and pick-up times may be earlier or later than scheduled.

👥 Eligibility:

• Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Adult: 19 to 59 years old 
• Child: 7 and under (You must proactively contact customer support before ticket issuance to provide the child's full name and ID number for issuing a complimentary ticket)
• Eligibility is based on the traveler's age on the travel date, calculated from their date of birth

Parking fee: If you choose a package with transfers, free-admission children will occupy a seat and must contact customer support to pay an additional parking fee of 30 CNY per person.

ℹ️ Additional Information:

1. Cabin Class Arrangement: 

• Cruise seats are automatically assigned by the attraction system based on ticket purchase order, and upper deck seats or specific seat selection cannot be requested in advance. 
• Submitting a booking indicates acceptance of possible lower deck arrangements. 
• If assigned to the lower deck, a cabin class price difference refund of 20 CNY per person will be issued, without affecting the normal tour experience. 
• If you have preferences regarding cabin class or consecutive/group seating, please consider carefully before placing your booking.

2. Booking Combination:

• If traveling together but booking separately, please contact customer support immediately to merge your bookings to ensure sailing on the same vessel. Failure to notify promptly may result in system allocation to different boats.
• Peak season waitlist policy: During peak travel seasons such as Labor Day, National Day, Lunar New Year, and school holidays, boat tickets are issued through a waitlist system.
• Successful booking and payment do not guarantee 100% ticket issuance. The final result is subject to confirmation by customer support.
• Even if you book an upper cabin class, you may receive a lower cabin class ticket due to limited availability. In such cases, the cabin class price difference will be refunded, with no additional compensation provided.
• If the waitlist is unsuccessful, we can process a full refund for you without any deductions.

• The cruise requires a minimum of 80 passengers to operate. If the minimum number is not met, we will process a full refund or reschedule you to another time slot, with no additional compensation.
• Notice for foreign travelers: According to relevant regulations, starting from May 1, 2025, foreign travelers booking with passports must promptly provide clear photos of their passport information page to customer support after payment to complete ticket issuance.
• Tickets issued with passports are not eligible for any discount policies.

4. Departure Time and Vessel Arrangement Schedule Notice:

• The departure time slots for Li River cruises are uniformly scheduled, and tickets are issued by the Guilin Water Transport Center based on real-time passenger flow. When we issue tickets, we will lock the earliest available time slot in the system at that time and cannot guarantee a specific departure time. Your understanding is appreciated. Weekday reference time: approximately 09:00 - 10:00 Holiday reference hours: approx 08:30 - 11:00 
• The ship number indicated on the product page (e.g., Ship 10) is solely an internal product identifier and does not represent the actual cruise name. The specific vessel and departure time slot will be determined by the dock's on-site scheduling arrangements on the day of travel.
