• Children over 1 meter in height will be charged as adults and must be accompanied by an adult.
• Visitors weighing over 100 kg must ride the bamboo raft individually, and visitors with a combined weight exceeding 160 kg must ride separately. The fare is charged per raft.

1. Important Notes:

• Due to real-name verification for ticket purchases at the attraction, please submit the ID information of all passengers to issue tickets. Children must also provide their ID cards to avoid being denied boarding.
• During holidays, winter/summer vacations, Spring Festival, National Day, and statutory holidays, the service fee may increase by approximately 200 CNY based on market conditions. Please contact customer support for confirmation. If this is a concern, please refrain from placing an order.
• For successful ticket issuance reservations, please arrive at the bamboo raft boarding area at the pier before 4:30 PM on your travel date. No refunds will be provided for missed departures due to personal reasons.
• According to the bamboo raft weight safety standards, visitors weighing over 100 kg must ride separately, and pairs with a combined weight exceeding 160 kg must split onto different rafts. This product includes only one raft ticket. Visitors exceeding the weight limit must purchase additional tickets on-site. Individuals weighing over 160 kg cannot ride the bamboo raft.
• Children 1 m and above must ride with an adult, with a maximum of 2 persons per raft. Children 1 m and above require a ticket.
• Pregnant women, visitors with disabilities, individuals with heart disease, coronary artery disease, or hypertension, children under 1 m in height, and seniors aged 70 and above are prohibited from riding the bamboo raft.

2. Ticket Policy:

• Supplier comprehensive service fee and ticket booking processing fee. After placing an order for this product, customer support will manually issue the ticket again. If the ticket cannot be successfully booked due to limited availability at Yulong River, a full refund will be provided!
• Since bamboo raft tickets at Yulong River can only be purchased one day in advance or on the same day, requiring on-site queuing for purchase, the comprehensive service fee includes manual ticket purchasing costs and travel agency service fees. Please compare carefully before placing your order.
• For bookings made before 8 PM the day before travel, this product requires a secondary reservation. After placing the order, contact customer support to check ticket availability. For bookings after 8 PM, proactively reach out to customer support to inquire about ticket availability. Unreserved bookings will be considered unsuccessful and are eligible for a refund at any time.
• For tickets purchased after 8 PM the night before the visit date, three reservations are required. If you place a booking after 8 PM, please contact customer support to check itinerary availability. They will confirm whether the reservation is possible. Due to regional factors in Guilin, during major holidays or local special events, attraction policy adjustments may prevent ticket issuance. In such cases, the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment method, and neither party shall be held liable.
