The boat ride may be canceled due to high water or bad weather. If it's canceled, we'll give you a refund of 3000 yen and visiting Toei Kyoto Studio Park after the lunch.

- Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).

- The Hozu River cruise may be canceled on the day of the tour due to rising water or inclement weather. In the event of a cancellation, we'll give you a refund of 3000 yen and visiting Toei Kyoto Studio Park.
- Children under 80cm in height or 0-2 years old are not permitted to join this tour due to the safety regulations of the Hozugawa River Cruise. Please note that cherry blossoms and autumn leaves may not be seen due to weather conditions. Note: These guidelines are provided to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
