• Departure time: 5:30 PM
• Return your pass at the ticket gate after the performance
• The shuttle service departs at 5:00 PM at Grand Plaza Hotel, No. 117, Trần Duy Hung Street and returns at 20:40. Reservations must be made 72 hours in advance and depending on availability. You must be at the pickup point 15 minutes before the bus departures. The bus leaves on time and in case of a missing car, we can help call a taxi but the customer will pay for it.

Pick-up point 2: The bus takes guests at 19C Hoang Dieu Street, Dien Bien Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi (Thang Long Imperial Citadel Gate)

• Waiting time for guests: 3:45 – 4:10 PM
• Departure time: 4:10 PM
• Return your pass at the ticket gate after the performance
• The shuttle service departs at 3:45 PM at 19C Hoang Dieu Street, Dien Bien Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi (Thang Long Imperial Citadel Gate) and returns at 22:00. Reservations must be made 72 hours in advance and depending on availability. You must be at the pickup point 15 minutes before the bus departures.
