The pick-up service includes a 60-minute wait after the flight lands, and the drop-off service includes a 15-minute wait. The driver will arrive at the airport 30 minutes after the flight lands and wait for 60 minutes. If the service time exceeds the allotted period, additional fees will apply. Extensions may be possible, but they are not guaranteed and depend on the driver's schedule. There may be no availability for extensions. The overtime fee is USD2 per minute (to be paid on-site). If there are large crowds due to local events or festivals, the waiting time cannot be extended. Please factor in the customs clearance time
