Itinerary:

🚍1. Morning Pickup (Approx. 8:00 ~ 9:00 AM):

• Mebayluon will pick up passenger at BigC Thang Long. (Round trip)
• Travel time approx 40 minutes by car.

⛰️2. Mountain Transfer:

At the base of the take-off site, you will continue up the mountain via local shuttle trucks.
passenger pay the local drivers directly:

• 130,000 VND/person for the ride up.
• 50,000 VND/person for the ride down.

(Travel time to the top is about 30 minutes.)

🔝3. At the top:

You’ll wait for pilots to prepare equipment, receive a safety briefing, suit up with protective gear, and wait for your turn to fly.

🔙4. Return Trip:

• After all guests have finished flying, the group will return to BigC Thang Long together, no later than 5:00 PM (If there are fewer guests, return may be earlier.)
•  If you wish to return earlier, you can arrange your own transportation (by taxi or public bus) back to Hanoi.

Operating Hours:

• Open Daily: Monday – Sunday, all year round
• Flight Time: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Includes: Public Holidays and Tết (Vietnamese Lunar New Year). Additional charges may apply during holidays.
• Weather Conditions: Flights may be postponed in case of rain, strong winds, fog, or unstable weather.
• Customers will be notified at least one day in advance if weather conditions are unsuitable.

Pickup & Meet-Up Information:

• Pickup Location: BigC Thang Long
• Meet-Up at Site: Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time for check-in, safety briefing, and equipment fitting.

Eligibility:

• Age Requirement: 3 – 80 years old
• Weight Limit: Maximum 100 kg
• 🔺Health Conditions:
• Not pregnant
• No cardiovascular diseases
• No bone, joint, or high blood pressure conditions under treatment
• No acrophobia (fear of heights)
• No neurological disorders or seizure history
• No alcohol, beer, or stimulant consumption before the flight

Additional Information:

• Wear comfortable, windproof clothing (bright colors recommended for photos).
• Sports shoes only — avoid high heels.
• You may wear prescription glasses or sunglasses during the flight.
• A small bag (1–2 kg) is allowed for essentials like phone, keys, or ID.
• Ensure your phone has at least 4GB of free storage to save flight photos and videos.
