Master the exotic cuisine of Northern Thailand! Take Grandma's Home Cooking School's new Lanna Exotic Cooking Class. Learn how to cook five traditional dishes including Northern Thai Sausage, Nam Prik Ong or Nam Prik Num, Northern Pork Belly Curry, Curry Young Jackfruit, and Thai Coconut Pancakes. 

Start with a visit to the local market where instructors will introduce various ingredients and seasonings. Embark on a tour of the lovely organic farm while learning about Thai herbs and vegetables and also picking up fresh vegetable from the farm, and collecting eggs from chicken coop. During the class, participants will have a chance to learn to light a charcoal grill, wash vegetables, mill flour by using traditional millstone, grating coconut meat by using coconut grater, and making Thai coconut pancakes in traditional way. Enjoy your cooking station to prepare the dishes, following the guidance of English-speaking instructors. 

Dig into a farm-to-table lunch, and make use of convenient round-trip transfers to and from your hotel. Also enjoy a dessert, a refreshment session with tasting, and a recipe book for the summary class. Don't worry about dietary requirements, all needs can be met. Watch along if you are young, visitors aged 0-12 are welcome to join as observers.
