• Thai drivers will not call in advance. The driver will wait for only 5 minutes before departing, and guests will need to arrange their own transportation at their own expense with no refunds.
• Heavy traffic may occur in Phuket, and the return time can be delayed. If you have other plans, please schedule them after 19:00.

1. Activities Attention:

• Le’ Rafting’s 7–9 km route is the main highlight. The 9 km option is recommended for the best experience. The rafting base is located in Phang Nga, about a 2-hour drive from Phuket, and is not suitable for guests sensitive to long car rides.
• Monkey Cave, Pariwat Forest Waterfall, and zipline are complimentary. No refunds apply if activities cannot be joined due to weather or personal restrictions.
• Rafting involves risks such as strong currents and capsizing. Participation is not allowed for pregnant women, children under 4, seniors over 60, or guests with heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, recent surgery, or other medical conditions.
• During the rainy season, rafting may be canceled for safety. Full refunds apply if rafting cannot proceed. If the 9 km route is unavailable, guests may switch to the 5 km route and request a refund for the price difference

• Rafting may get clothes wet. Please bring sunscreen, a towel, swimwear, a change of clothes, and sandals.
