📕Standard Processing Details:

• Visa Duration: Up to 90 days (Single or Multiple Entry options available).
• Processing Time: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends/public holidays.
• Timeline Policy: Processing time is calculated from the moment your completed application is verified.
• Submission Deadlines (Start Point): 

  To ensure your application is processed within the designated timeline, please submit your completed application before the following deadlines:

  • 1-2-4 Hour Service: Applications must be received by 13:30 (Beijing Time) on the same day.

  • 8-Hour Service: Applications must be received by 09:00 (Beijing Time) on the same day.

  • 1-2-3+ Day Service: Applications must be received by 22:59 (Beijing Time) on the respective day.

Please submit the application sufficiently early to ensure the visa is secured before the international flight check-in time.

📕 Required Information/Documents:
To ensure a swift application process, please prepare the following documents:

• Passport photo: Clear, unobstructed (no corners hidden), and free of glare/light reflection.
• Portrait photo or selfie: No glasses worn.
• Detail Information: Phone number (in Vietnam or abroad).
• Optional Information: Flight number (required for 1-2-4 Hour Visa Services), Address abroad, Address in Vietnam, Family Member/Contact Person in Vietnam (Full name, Relationship, Address, Phone number).

📝Mandatory Requirements & Nationality Priority

• Passport Validity: Must be valid for at least 6 months from the expected date of entry into Vietnam.
  Special Additional Fees: An extra $25 USD government fee applies to citizens of Turkey and certain African countries (Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, South Africa).
• Nationality Priority: We prioritize processing applications for citizens from USA, Canada, China, Australia, India, and Europe.
• Nationality Restriction: We currently do not accept E-Visa applications for citizens of South America, Africa, South Asia, and West Asia due to processing limitations.
  

 
📝 Things to keep in mind: 

• Application rejection: government fees are non-refundable if the Immigration Department rejects the E-visa.
• Booking info: submit all required info and documents, select preferred date, and provide contact info for updates.
• Please note that processing time is calculated only during working days (Monday to Friday). Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included.
• The processing time begins once we have confirmed and verified that your application documents are fully complete as per the requirements above. The service time will start from the moment we submit your file, based on the Morning and Afternoon submission Timeline.
  

⭐Cancellation & Refund Policy 

• No Cancellation: Once booked, the service cannot be cancelled as processing begins immediately.
• Application Rejection: Since the process requires the Government Fee to be paid before the Immigration Department verifies the application, if the E-Visa is rejected (e.g., due to the applicant being on a prohibited entry list), the Government Fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
• Government Fee (Single Entry): $25 USD - Government Fee (Multiple Entry): $50 USD
• Our service fee for such rejected cases is also non-refundable as the consultation and submission process has been completed.
