For Topkapi Palace, you are eligible to join one of the following timed entry slots for your chosen date at Topkapi Palace: 9:30AM, 10:30AM, 11:00AM, 11:30AM, 12:30PM, 1:00PM, 1:30PM, 2:30PM, 3:00PM, 3:30PM, 4:00PM. After meeting your host, you will enter the Topkapi Palace and Harem together. This is for the Topkapi Palace only.

The Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern tickets will be sent to you by e-mail 1 day before the tour date you have chosen. You can use your tickets for the Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern at any time between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, but it is mandatory to meet with the host for Topkapi Palace.

Eligibility

• Children aged 0-6 can enter free of charge

• It is required to wear respectful attire when entering the Hagia Sophia (Women are advised against wearing knee-length shorts, skirts, or attire revealing shoulders or chests, and are encouraged to partially cover their hair with a scarf. Men should avoid knee-length shorts or attire exposing their shoulders) This ticket gives you access to the visiting area and upper gallery, not the prayer area downstairsClothing and scarves can be obtained for purchase upon entry to the site.
• There is a mandatory security queue, and it is not skippable. In high season, security checks can take up to 20 minutes for Topkapi Palace and for Hagia Sophia
• Please note that the Topkapi Palace visit is not a guided tour. You will meet only the host, who will escort you inside the Topkapi Palace and Harem. Please do not leave the host until you enter the museum.
• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venues
• Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays
• Luggage storage services are not provided
