 Head straight to a local market to purchase fresh produce and learn about ingredients that are integral to Vietnamese cooking. In the kitchen cum cultural hub, you’ll prepare and cook traditional recipes, such as spring rolls, a salad with banana flowers, and more. Don't worry if you are at a beginner level, as this is not a professional cooking course. 

Once you have put together your meal, you can sit down to feast on the fruits of your labour. Your meal will be accompanied by free and unlimited local wine tasting, herbal tea, coffee, and other beverages.
