Discover Vietnamese coffee culture in Hoi An through a hands-on, guided workshop. Meet your instructor over a cup of herbal tea, then explore the stories behind Vietnam’s iconic cafés and how coffee is woven into local history and daily life.

Learn the journey from crop to cup and master traditional brewing with a Phin metal filter, creating bold, rich flavors paired with sweet condensed milk. During the class, you will prepare four regional styles: classic black coffee, happy white coffee, Hue Imperial salt coffee, and Ha Noi egg coffee.

End the experience by enjoying the coffee you made with a cookie, relaxing to good music in a cozy and welcoming setting.

• Introduction to the history and development of Vietnamese coffee
• Learn how to distinguish between the two main Vietnamese coffee types
• Hands-on session making 5 traditional Vietnamese coffees: Traditional Vietnamese filter Phin coffee, Vietnamese condensed milk coffee, Salty coffee, Hanoi capital egg coffee, Hoi An coconut coffee
• Wrap up the class and relax by sipping your freshly made coffee with a cookie, while enjoying good music in a comfortable atmosphere
