Eligibility:

• Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount.
• Free for children aged 0–12.
• If purchasing a student ticket, please bring your student card, as it may be requested at the entrance.

• Audio commentary is available in Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Korean, French, Cantonese, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Dutch, and Catalan.
• A complimentary glass of cava is offered to all visitors with tickets between 18:00 and 19:15. The cava is served on the Noble Floor.
• A maximum of 300 guests are allowed inside Casa Batlló. There might be a queue during peak season (Jul–Sep).
• Information in Braille can be provided for disabled participants that will require it.
• Luggage and/or large bags are not allowed inside the venue.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
• This activity is wheelchair-accessible.
• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification.
