• Taiwanese nationals: Present the Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Resident.

• Hong Kong and Macau nationals: Present the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao, Chinese Travel Document, or Chinese Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents.

• Chinese nationals under the age of 16 who have not yet obtained a "PRC Resident ID Card" must present the original household registration used during ticket purchase at the time of entry. Before entering the park, please visit the resort’s official online platform to submit the "Resident ID Card" number listed under your name in the household registration. After submitting the information, you will receive an electronic ID code.
• The electronic ID code is not valid as an admission credential. At the entry gate, visitors must present both the original household registration used for ticket purchase and the electronic ID code.
• For children under the age of 3 on the day of visit who qualify for free admission, their guardians must also bring and present an accepted and valid ID of the child’s (i.e.: original "PRC Resident ID Card" or the original household registration.

• In the Shanghai Disney Resort official app, go to "My" and click on "Scan" in the upper right corner. Scan the ticket QR code, confirm the linking, and then receive the corresponding coupon.
• Or, in the official WeChat account of Shanghai Disney Resort, reply with the keyword "個人中心". Click on the link to enter the "My Center" ("個人中心") and scan the ticket QR code by clicking the "Scan" on  the upper right corner. Confirm the linking and receive the corresponding coupon. After receiving the coupon, view and use it in the "My Coupons" section of the Shanghai Disney Resort official app or WeChat account.
• Friendly reminder: It is advised to install the Shanghai Disney Resort official app and register as a member before entering China.

• After booking, link your tickets to Shanghai Disneyland official app to confirm your reservation, plan your visit, and explore park details. For assistance, contact online customer service through the app
• Guests are required to provide the original copy of their valid ID and their ticket to enter the park. Your valid ID is the only admission proof
• Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older to enter the park
• Entry via Facial Recognition: Guests may enter the park using facial recognition. Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their legal guardians when using facial recognition for park entry. Please refer to the Shanghai Disney Resort Visitor Guidelines and Shanghai Disney Resort Privacy Policy for details on how your facial recognition data is handled and protected
• Shanghai Disney requires the collection of an official ID number from each guest to complete the ticket purchase and verify ID at entry. The ID number will be linked to the purchased ticket, serving as the credential for park entry. It is crucial to provide accurate information, as it cannot be changed after confirmation

• Shanghai Disney Resort reminds guests that park areas are subject to capacity management. Due to expected high demand during the initial opening phase of Zootopia, the resort cannot guarantee that every park visitor will be able to enter the new area or experience the new attraction, Zootopia: Hot Pursuit. However, once the new area is open, guests can enjoy Zootopia-themed experiences throughout the park, including decorations, entertainment, dining, and merchandise.
• During the early operational phase, Zootopia: Hot Pursuit may occasionally experience temporary interruptions or brief closures. These interruptions could occur due to the complexity of the ride system and safety mechanisms, designed in line with industry standards and best practices. If a temporary closure occurs, guests are asked to follow the instructions of on-site cast members to exit the attraction. The attraction will resume operations once all procedures are completed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these instances.

• To book: Taiwanese nationals: Provide name in pinyin + Mainland Travel Permit ID number. Chinese nationals: Provide name in English spelling + ID number (18 digits). Hong Kong and Macao nationals: Provide name in English spelling + return permit number. International visitors: Provide passport name name in English spelling + passport number.
• Name, ID number and other info must be correct. After booking, no changes and cancellation are allowed for any reason.
• Guests with disabilities are eligible to purchase tickets at a discount. Without a valid disability certificate on-site, the price difference for standard ticket muset be paid.
