Description

Situated in the heart of Đà Nẵng, the Museum of Cham Sculpture offers a fascinating journey into the rich heritage of the ancient Champa Kingdom, which once thrived along Vietnam’s central coast. The museum houses the world’s largest collection of Cham art, featuring more than 400 remarkable works dating from the 5th to the 15th centuries, crafted from sandstone, terracotta, and bronze.

As you explore the galleries, you will encounter sacred sculptures of Hindu and Buddhist deities, finely detailed reliefs, and several National Treasures that reveal the spiritual beliefs and artistic mastery of the Cham civilization. Complemented by its graceful French-Champa architectural design and tranquil courtyard, the museum provides a calm, immersive atmosphere and stands as a must-see destination for history and culture enthusiasts.
