✈️This service provides a 15-Day, Single Entry Tourist E-Visa. You can choose one of four processing options below to suit your timeline (Processing Time is strictly during Working Hours, Mon-Fri):

• Visa Duration:  15 days - Single Entry 
• Working Time: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends/public holidays
• Timeline Policy: Processing time is calculated from the moment your application is verified.

📕SUBMISSION DEADLINES (BEIJING TIME)
To guarantee the designated timeline, your Completed application must be submitted before the following deadlines:

• 6 - Hours: Applications must be received by 13:30 PM on the same day (Beijing Time).
• 8 - Hours: Applications must be received by 09:00 AM on the same day (Beijing Time).
• 3-Day & 1-Day: Applications must be received by 22:59
  

NOTE: Applications must be submitted sufficiently early to secure the visa before the international flight check-in time. IMPORTANT: Processing occurs strictly during Working Hours.

📕 Required Information/Documents:
To ensure a swift application process, please prepare the following documents:

• Passport photo: Clear, unobstructed (no corners hidden), and free of glare/light reflection.
• Portrait photo or selfie: No glasses worn. 
• Detail Information: Phone number (in Vietnam or abroad).
• Optional Information: Flight number (details upon arrival in Vietnam)

Please keep your phone accessible, as customer service staff will contact you immediately if supplementary documents are needed

📝Mandatory Requirements & Nationality Priority

• Passport Validity: Must be valid for at least 6 months from the expected date of entry into Vietnam.
  
• Travel History Requirement: When applying for a visa, the applicant must not be in Vietnam. Please provide the departure stamp of the previous visa if possible.
  
• Nationality Priority: We prioritize processing applications for citizens from USA, Canada, China, Australia, India, and Europe.
• Nationality Restriction: We currently do not accept E-Visa applications for citizens of South America, Africa, South Asia, and West Asia due to processing limitations.
  

 
📝 Things to keep in mind: 

• Application rejection: government fees are non-refundable if the Immigration Department rejects the E-visa.
• Booking info: submit all required info and documents, select preferred date, and provide contact info for updates.
• Please note that processing time is calculated only during working days (Monday to Friday). Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included.
• The processing time begins once we have confirmed and verified that your application documents are fully complete as per the requirements above. The service time will start from the moment we submit your file.
• Booking & Voucher: Staff contacts you after payment to confirm details and send the E-Voucher via a messaging app. The E-Voucher is valid only on the specified date/time.
• Result Delivery: We will notify you when your E-visa is ready. You need to select your desired date to receive the results.
  

⭐Cancellation & Refund Policy 

• No Cancellation: Once booked, the service cannot be cancelled as processing begins immediately.
• Application Rejection: Since the process requires the Government Fee to be paid before the Immigration Department verifies the application, if the E-Visa is rejected (e.g., due to the applicant being on a prohibited entry list), the Government Fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
• Government Fee (Single Entry): $25 USD - Government Fee (Multiple Entry): $50 USD
• Our service fee for such rejected cases is also non-refundable as the consultation and submission process has been completed.
