  • Bus / Cruise Routes: When the Fuji Subaru Line is closed, the tour will visit alternative spots such as Oshino Hakkai Village, Arakura Sengen Shrine, or the Fujisan World Heritage Center. Due to traffic or timing conditions, some stops might be skipped, but the operator will try to follow the standard route as much as possible.
  • Vehicle & Luggage Information: Passenger capacity: 46 (excluding driver). Please fasten your seatbelt while on the bus as required by Japanese law. Arrival locations cannot be changed.
  • Weather Conditions: Mount Fuji may not be visible due to severe weather; refunds will not be issued for this reason. The visiting order may change, and the schedule might be shortened due to traffic or other uncontrollable factors.
  • Clothing: It can get cold in the mountains—please bring warm clothes.
  • Delays: In case of delayed arrival to Tokyo due to traffic or other reasons, the operator will not be responsible for taxi fares, overnight stays, or other expenses.
  • Small Group Adjustment: When there are fewer participants, smaller vehicles may be used instead of a large bus. All participants will still depart together using the same vehicle, regardless of return method.
