• Children are welcome at the spa but must be supervised at all times and stay with a parent or guardian
• Participants must be aged 6+ to participate in this activity

Additional Information:

• Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late
• All bookings are subject to the availability of the spa. It's recommended that you contact the spa via email before booking on Klook to ensure that your preferred time is available
• Some types of massage must be avoided during pregnancy. Please check with the spa what type of treatment may be suitable before purchase
• Please arrive at the spa 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out the consultation card and have a refreshing herbal drink before starting the treatment
• The late check-ins can be extended to 15 minutes from the scheduled time slot, you might be rescheduled to a later date or time if there is no masseur or room available
• Room upgrade available
• This package includes 'dry massage' which does not use oils or creams during treatment. Therefore, treatment rooms will not have a shower room. You can request to upgrade your room with an additional 400 THB per person. The upgraded room offers a raised bed with a face hole, an ensuite bathroom, and a lockable wardrobe for your belongings. Please contact Fah Lanna Spa in advance to make arrangement
