• Individuals with criminal records or prior convictions are not permitted to board the helicopter.
• Individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, pregnancy, or critical illness are not permitted to board the helicopter.
• Passengers must ensure they are in good health and free from medical conditions before taking a helicopter ride. Any passenger who conceals their health condition does so at their own risk. If any illness recurs during the flight, Party A shall not be held responsible.
• Passengers are not allowed to carry dangerous items such as flammable, explosive, or toxic substances; knives; lighters; or similar items on board.
• Passengers must undergo security checks conducted by Party A’s security personnel before boarding. Those who refuse inspection will be denied boarding.
• Boarding and disembarking must be conducted under the guidance of Party A’s staff. Passengers must follow staff instructions closely. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children. Any safety incidents caused by unauthorized actions, including running, shall be the sole responsibility of the passenger.
• During the flight, passengers must follow the crew’s instructions, fasten their seatbelts, and refrain from touching any onboard buttons or switches.
• If you experience any physical discomfort during the flight, inform the pilot immediately.
• In the event of a dangerous situation during the flight, passengers must follow the pilot’s instructions and must not attempt any self-rescue actions without authorization.
• In case of accidental injury or death, compensation will be handled in accordance with aviation insurance terms. Party A shall not bear any additional compensation costs.
