• The passenger is escorted through the immigration counter without stopping – no passport or visa check required. 
• The passenger is escorted to the baggage claim area 
• The passenger's passport is received by the staff, processed for immigration, and returned immediately afterward 
• Checked baggage (if any) is collected from the carousel by staff, customs procedures are handled on behalf of the passenger, and the luggage is handed over afterward 
• Escort passengers promptly out of the terminal 
• Assist in arranging transportation (if requested by the passenger) 

2. King Departure Service 

• The passenger is greeted upon arrival at the airport.
• Checked baggage (if any) will be handled by our staff at the airline’s check-in counter. The baggage tag and boarding pass will be brought to the departure gate shortly thereafter.
• The passenger proceeds to the check-in counter for identification, and then is escorted to the immigration area.
• The passenger is escorted through the immigration checkpoint without stopping – no passport check required.
• The passenger’s passport will be collected by staff, immigration procedures completed on their behalf, and returned afterward.
• The passenger will complete security screening at the priority lane (fastest lane).
• The passenger is escorted to the business lounge.
• At boarding time, the passenger is escorted directly to the jet bridge (if the flight departs from a jet bridge) or to the terminal gate where the shuttle bus transports passengers to the remote stand (if applicable).
