Additional information

• We pick you up from your accommodation in Istanbul and transfer you to the airport. There is no assistant at the airport, you must proceed yourself to the check-in desk of the airline listed on your ticket. In Cappadocia, we will meet you at the exit of the airport with a sign with your name. The process will be the same on the way back.
• When you arrive at the destination airport, the driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it.
• Baggage allowance is 15 kg plus 3 kg of hand luggage.
• Optimum weather conditions are needed for a hot air balloon flight. All flights can be canceled at any time by the Civil Aviation Authority.
• If you make a balloon flight ticket reservation and your flight gets canceled due to weather conditions, you will receive a partial refund for the Hot Air Balloon Flight
