• After placing an order, the AIRSIM internet card redemption code (10-character English letter code) will be displayed in the "Notes" of the order voucher. Please check it and follow the redemption process below.

Redemption process: 
1. Existing AIRSIM users: Go to the online redemption page and fill in the redemption code (10 characters), name, phone number and email address, as well as your existing AIRSIM account number (10 digits). The HK$20 stored value will be deposited into the designated account within 30 days.

2. New AIRSIM users: Go to the online redemption page and fill in the redemption code (10 characters in English), personal contact information and mailing address. An AIRSIM (with HK$20 stored value) will be mailed to you within 5 working days. Delivery by Hong Kong post takes about 5 working days. You can also choose to collect the card in person at AIRSIM Causeway Bay Service Centre or AIRSIM Shatin Shek Mun Office after submitting your application. 

AIRSIM Borderless Internet Card Regulations and Rules:

• Each registered email, phone number and AIRSIM account can only redeem the reward once (i.e. HK$20 stored value can only be redeemed once). Duplicate applications will not be accepted. 
• Failure to collect the voucher before December 31, 2025 will be deemed as abandonment and no additional compensation or reissue will be made; 
• Customers who choose to receive the AIRSIM card, please download and register the AIRSIM App and AIRTALK App before January 31, 2026 after receiving the AIRSIM card to receive the HK$20 stored value. After the first registration on the AIRSIM App, the AIRSIM account will be valid for one year. Every time you purchase a data package or recharge, the validity period will be automatically extended by one year
• Existing customers who choose to receive the AIRSIM HK$20 stored value are requested to use the value before the AIRSIM account expiry date, otherwise the value will be forfeited; This offer is not available to AIRSIM Enterprise customers; Customers applying for new cards can only mail to Hong Kong addresses; 
• The HK$20 stored value is only available to existing customers using AIRSIM HKD accounts. The quantity is limited and will be redeemed while stocks last. 
• Personal Information Collection Statement: The personal information you submit will be kept confidential and will be used to process matters related to this replacement.

• Hand-carry luggage : 600mm x 200mm x 350mm within 20kgs
• Standard size luggage : 760mm x 560mm x 280mm within 40kgs
• Quantity Acceptance : 3 pieces of standard size luggage

Any luggage exceeding the hand-carry limitation must be handled by our company as check-in luggage.

Luggage exceeding the standard size limitation will be checked as over-size luggage.
