• Wangjing Gate - Huaqing Palace Entrance: No. 38, Huaqing Road, Lishan, Lintong District, Xi'an City
• The staff will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the Huaqing Palace attraction holding a "Sanmao Travel" flag. Please arrive on time (the exact location will be confirmed by the staff).

b. Join-in Tour

• Time: 8:30 - 17:30 (Meeting time will be notified by the guide)
• Location meeting point: Inside the west gate, 30 meters to the right at the Furong Xie (Lotus Pavilion) entrance.

2. Drop-off Point:

• Time: flexible on the tour
• After the tour ends, you may return on your own or continue exploring nearby attractions independently according to your own schedule.

Please note:

• Please arrive at the location at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
• Late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable.
• If the guided tour starts late due to travelers' late arrival, for delays within 15 minutes, the guide will extend the guided tour duration to meet the total duration agreed upon for the product; for delays exceeding 15 minutes, the guide will extend the guided tour duration by a maximum of 15 minutes, and the remaining lost duration will not be compensated. • The attraction offers free admission for children under 1.2 m and seniors aged 65+.
• Minors aged 6 to 18 (excluding 6) and full-time undergraduate students or below with valid student IDs can purchase half-price tickets.
  
• Each guided-tour package allows one free child under 6 years old. Additional children require regular ticket purchases.
