• Departure: 08:30,
• Meet at the People's Square Metro Station Exit 1, Wusheng Road [South Gate of Shanghai Museum]. You will receive a confirmation email from customer service within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your inbox. The tour guide will confirm the meeting time and location with you the day before departure.
• Please arrive at the location 10 mins before the departure time.
• Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded.
• Return: 20:00 - 22:00
• Shanghai
  Depart around 20:00 to return to Shanghai, ending the pleasant trip near Shanghai Railway Station.

2. Designated pick-up area

• Departure: 8:00 - 8:30
• Free pick-up is available within the designated area, but there may be a wait. The actual situation is subject to notification from our staff. If you are outside the designated area, please go to Hangzhou East Railway Station on your own. This is subject to change based on actual staff notification.
• This is a shared transfer and pick up could be early or late.
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page.
• The operator will re-confirm your pick-up time in advance.

  Depart around 19:30 (actual time depends on the season and weather) and return to Hangzhou Railway Station. The tour will disband near Hefang Street (depending on traffic conditions that day). This concludes the pleasant trip.

• The exact time and address will be confirmed by your tour guide the night before departure (pick-up times will be earlier during holidays).

• Return to a central location in Hangzhou city for dismissal. The exact address will be provided by the tour guide on the day of the tour.

• Children with a height of 120cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Due to varying景区 standards, child prices include only a seat, insurance, and tour guide services, and do not include 景区 tickets.
• Maximum age for acceptance is 80 years old. Guests over 70 years old or under 18 years old are recommended to be accompanied by family members or sign a health agreement.
