• After redemption, the pass must be used on consecutive days. For example, if you start using a 3-day pass on April 1, it will remain valid until April 3.
• The validity period is based on calendar days (00:00–23:59), not a 24-hour cycle. If you use your pass on April 1, one valid day will be deducted after 23:59 on April 1, regardless of use time.
• Please be aware that each attraction can be visited only once using the Pass.
• Once an order is confirmed, requests for changes or upgrades cannot be accommodated. Please consider this before making a booking.
• Free cancellation applies only to "unused" passes.
• Please note that this Pass is not fast pass access. You may need to visit the counter to exchange tickets, or security check. In cases of long queues, we kindly ask for your patience while waiting

Reminders:

• Passes are non-transferable and intended exclusively for the designated holder. Sharing them with others may invalidate your pass, resulting in the loss of compensation and refunds.
• Travellers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification during the tour. Please carry your ID documents at all times.
• For offline convenience, travellers are advised to either download the e-voucher or print it.
• Operating hours of attractions may change unexpectedly. Please consult the official website for the most up-to-date information.
• Some attractions require advance reservations. Travellers without advance reservations may be denied entry. Please carefully read the Free Digital Gude before departure.
• Before departure, travellers are urged to visit the official website of each attraction for precise operational and transportation details.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free.
• Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
