Fares are calculated based on distance zones from Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN) and vice versa. Please ensure you select the correct package.

• Check the distance between your pick-up or drop-off address and the airport.
• Choose the package that matches your distance range.

If the actual distance exceeds your selected package, the driver may collect the fare difference before the trip begins or the booking may be cancelled.

• Arrival transfers: During peak travel seasons, immigration and baggage claim may take longer. The driver will monitor your flight and wait, but please proceed to the meeting point promptly after landing.
• Departure transfers: Traffic can be heavy during local holidays or major events. We strongly recommend scheduling an earlier pick-up time to avoid delays.

• Pet-friendly service is not available.
