1. What type of visa is this service for?

This service is for a Single Entry Physical Visa (Pink Visa Page), valid for 15 or 30 days. You will receive a separate pink visa page issued by the Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate, which must be carried with your passport when entering Vietnam.

2. How fast can I get my visa?

The processing time is 3 working days from when we receive all required documents. Delivery to your address in China takes an additional 2–4 days.
Note: Only weekdays (Monday–Friday) count. Weekends, public holidays, and non-working days are excluded.

3. What documents do I need to prepare?

You need:
- Photo of passport information page (valid for at least 6 months from expected entry date)
- 3.5 x 4.5 cm portrait photo with a white background
- Expected arrival date in Vietnam
- Address and phone number in China to receive the Physical Visa

4. Where should I submit the required documents?

After placing your order, please send all required documents to [email protected] and set the email subject as Your Order ID.

5. What happens if my visa is rejected?

- Both the government fee and laimi.com service fee are non-refundable, as they are used for processing and submission.
- Rejections are rare if all documents and information are accurate.

6. Can I change my entry date or destination after submission?

No, once your Physical Visa application has been submitted, it cannot be changed. Please double-check all details before submitting — especially your entry date, and passport information.

7. How will I receive my Physical Visa?

Your approved Physical Visa (pink visa page) will be delivered to the address you provided in China. You must carry it with your passport when entering Vietnam.

8. When should I apply for my Physical Visa?

We recommend submitting your documents at least 1–2 weeks before your trip to allow enough time for processing and delivery. Remember, processing only counts working days.

9. Can I extend my Physical Visa after entering Vietnam?

Physical Visas are generally not extendable. You will need to exit Vietnam and apply for a new visa if you wish to stay longer.

10. Can I apply for multiple travelers in one order?

Yes! You can submit documents for multiple travelers in one order — make sure to upload each traveler’s passport and photo correctly.

11. Can I cancel or get a refund after booking?

No, this service is non-cancellable once submitted. Please ensure all information is accurate before placing your order.
