• A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Seongsan Ilchulbong is closed on the first Monday of every month.
• Tour times may vary according to the cruise ship's arrival and departure times.
• Additionally, the itinerary may be shortened or adjusted to other nearby destinations.

• If your cruise ship docks at 'Gangjeong Port Seogwipo Terminal,' but you have made a reservation for 'Jeju Port,' additional fees will apply.(70,000 KRW / per Car (Private Car Tour)). If you choose a group tour but select the wrong port, an additional fee of 15,000 KRW per person will be charged. This fee must be paid on-site. The distance between the ports is considerable, and if you made the wrong selection, it could affect your tour. Refunds will not be available for this issue.
• Pickup is available early, and the tour can end late. However, for group or private tours, since disembarkation times vary, an additional fee may apply for very early or late hours. If the pickup is before 8:00 AM or the tour ends after 8:00 PM, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person will be charged.
• All the itineraries of our company do not include personal travel insurance. There are certain risks and dangers in outdoor activities. Guests must evaluate their own health or ability.The company will not be responsible for any physical damage or casualty caused by accidents or unpredictable factors.
• This is based on a 9-hour duration. However, the schedule will be adjusted to match the cruise arrival and departure times. In most cases, 9 hours will be sufficient. If it exceeds 9 hours, an additional charge of 30,000 KRW per hour will apply.
• We can provide a car seat upon request. The extra fee for the car seat is 20,000 KRW. Please let us know in advance if you will need one.
