👥 Eligibility:

• Travelers 140 cm in height and above are required to purchase an adult ticket.
• Travelers 100–140 cm in height or seniors aged 60 and above are eligible for a Concession ticket. Children must be accompanied by at least one ticketed adult.
• Seniors aged 70 and above are not recommended to ride the Ferris wheel. If they insist on riding, they must present a signed "Letter of Commitment" and be accompanied by an adult under 65 years old (excluding 65) to purchase tickets and board.
  

ℹ️ Additional Information:

• To ensure safety, the scenic spot may adjust the opening and closing time of the project due to abnormal weather, special activities, tourist saturation, equipment maintenance and other force majeure factors. Please refer to the on-site announcement of the scenic spot on the day.
• The project facilities will be inspected regularly, weekly and annually. The relevant maintenance work may cause the project operation time to be delayed or suspended. For details, please refer to the on-site announcement.
• In principle, the Ferris wheel is limited to 25 people per cabin. The on-site staff must cooperate with the arrangements and enter the designated cabin in order to avoid equipment overloading.
• Facilities undergo regular weekly and annual inspections. Maintenance may occasionally cause delays or temporary closures. Please check on-site notices or the Shenzhen Oh Bay WeChat official account for updates.
• E-tickets have the same validity as tickets purchased at the counter but do not include separately charged attractions. Please refer to park notices for additional fees.
• Self-service lockers and temporary stroller parking are available. Please store luggage and strollers in designated areas before boarding and do not bring them into the cabin.
• There are no restrooms on the Ferris wheel, so please prepare before boarding.
• Ignition sources, pets, sharp objects, oversized items, flammable or explosive materials, toxic substances, corrosive materials, or any items that may endanger safety are strictly prohibited.
• During the ride, smoking, drinking, jumping, hitting the glass, throwing objects, leaning on doors or windows, or opening the cabin door is strictly prohibited. Do not press the internal communication button or move firefighting equipment unless in an emergency.
• Unauthorized personnel are not allowed to enter equipment operation areas without staff permission.
• In case of emergency, remain calm and follow staff instructions for an orderly evacuation.
• Staff may refuse boarding to travelers who violate safety rules or ignore warnings. The attraction is not responsible for accidents caused by negligence or rule violations.
• Travelers with cardiovascular conditions, fear of heights, pregnancy, intoxication, mental health conditions, limited mobility, or physical discomfort are not permitted to ride
