Description

The Yunqi Bamboo Trail is located on the southern foothills of Wuyun Mountain, southwest of West Lake in Hangzhou. The area is a beautiful sea of bamboo; the entire environment is peaceful and cool. In addition to the natural scenery, one can still trace the remains of the ancient Yunqi Temple in the park. Other scenic areas include Huiyan Peak, Baodao Ridge, and Biguan Peak The area is also famous for its tea fields. Tea lovers can go to a tea house or tea room to sip and taste tea.

👥 Eligibility:

  • Guests 6 years old and below, or with a height of 1.2 m and below, are eligible for a child ticket.
  • Guests 70 years old and above are eligible for a senior ticket.
  • Guests above 1.2 m in height and between 7 and 69 years old are required to purchase an adult ticket.


ℹ️ Additional Information:

  • Please wear comfortable sports shoes or flat walking shoes, as the stone paths may be slippery and include gentle slopes.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and bring a light jacket, as the bamboo forest is usually cooler than the city.
  • There are few or no shops inside the scenic area, so please bring enough drinking water and some snacks.
  • Prepare insect repellent and a small umbrella or raincoat, and make sure your phone or camera is fully charged.
  • Elderly guests, pregnant women, or guests with joint or leg problems should consider their condition carefully and may choose to visit only the area near the entrance.
