1. Vehicle Information:

• Group of 6 passenger(s) or less
• Vehicle images are for reference only. The supplier will randomly arrange similar vehicles of different brands based on vehicle availability and passenger circumstances.

2. Luggage Information: 4 suitcases or handbags/ backpacks/ strollers.

3. Important Note:

• This vehicle is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
• Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
  
• Free pick up and drop-off area: District 1 and district 3
• District 2, district 7 and other acreas farer than 7km from District 1: please aware an extra fee 200,000 VND.
• Please let us know if you need advice on attractions and hot spots.
• All surcharges (extra hours, extra miles/km) happened during the trip will be paid in cash diractly to the driver.
• Booking confirmation will be sent within 1-2 working day.
• A member of our staff will reach out the day before your trip to confirm the pick-up time and vehicle information.
• Kindly keep your phone switched on or connect to Wi-Fi so the driver can get in touch with you to coordinate the pick-up point.
• In the event of mild storms/typhoon, the schedule may be adjusted or delayed; in case of severe storms/typhoon with official warnings to suspend transportation, customers will be entitled to free rescheduling or free cancellation.
• Vehicle Model: We cannot guarantee the exact car model in the picture. You will receive a vehicle from the same or equivalent category.
• Overtime/Surcharge: Any waiting time exceeding 30 minutes will be surcharged as a full 1 hour of service.
