Fast Track: Priority lane at immigration. VIP Fast Track: Includes luggage assistance, escort to car area, and support with e-Visa stamping for Chinese passport holders.
3. Where will I meet the Fast Track staff?
Your assistant will be waiting in the immigration area, holding a sign with your name.
4. What information do I need to provide when booking?
Please provide your full name and flight details. A contact number (WhatsApp/WeChat/Zalo/Viber) is recommended for easier communication if needed.
5. Can I book Fast Track for someone else?
Yes. You can book for family, friends, or clients — just make sure to enter their personal and flight details correctly during booking.
6. Do I need to apply for a Vietnam visa before arrival?
Yes. All travelers must apply for an e-Visa before flying to Vietnam. The Fast Track team can help stamp your visa on arrival but cannot issue a new one at the airport.
7. What happens if I can’t find the staff upon arrival?
Don’t worry — check your phone for messages from the Fast Track team. If needed, go to the Visa on Arrival counter where a representative will be waiting with your name sign.
8. What if my flight is delayed or lands early?
No problem. The Fast Track team tracks your flight in real time and will be there to meet you regardless of delays or early arrivals.
9. Do I still need to queue for luggage?
With VIP Fast Track, your assistant will help collect your luggage. With standard Fast Track, you’ll pick up your bags yourself, but staff can guide you to the correct carousel.
10. Can I book Fast Track for domestic arrivals or departures?
