“Legend of the Camel Bell” is a spectacular live show featuring the world’s first rotating walking auditorium, combining advanced stage technology with the legendary history of the Silk Road. Performed at the grand Huaxia Cultural Tourism Theater in Xi’an, the immersive production transports audiences through shifting scenes and powerful storytelling, showcasing the city’s rich heritage with breathtaking visual and audiovisual impact.

📖 Plot:

The performance recreates the arduous journey of a camel caravan traveling from Chang’an to the Roman Empire. It is divided into six main acts:

Act I: A Thousand-Mile Farewell

A moving scene of loved ones bidding farewell to the caravan as it departs from Guangyun Wharf during the Tang Dynasty.

Act II: Peril on Wolf Pass

The caravan faces life-threatening challenges, crossing lands haunted by wolf packs, volcanic eruptions, and fierce sandstorms.

Act III: Exotic Charm

The caravan arrives in ancient Rome, where they are warmly welcomed and engage in vibrant cultural exchanges with dancers and warriors.

Act IV: Cleansing Rain

On the return journey, the caravan meets the monk Xuanzang, prays at the Bamiyan caves, and is graced with a miraculous rainfall.

Act V: The Return of the Groom

Wives and families who have long awaited their return are finally reunited with the caravan.

Act VI: Golden Age of China

A grand celebration of prosperity brought by the Silk Road, offering blessings for the nation’s enduring glory.

• Guests taller than 120 cm are required to purchase a ticket. Each adult may bring one child measuring 1.2 meters or below free of charge.
• Free-entry children will not be allocated separate seats. Children over 1.2m must purchase an adult ticket.
