• Travelers who are students (primary, junior high, high school, or full-time college/university), seniors aged 65 and above, or persons with disabilities are eligible for concession tickets with valid identification.
• Student travelers must be between 1.2 m (exclusive) and 18 years old (inclusive) or full-time college/university students enrolled or graduated within one year from an accredited institution and must present a valid student ID.
• Travelers under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult for safety reasons.
• Senior travelers must present a valid ID, and travelers with disabilities must present a valid disability certificate.
• Travelers under 65 years old and taller than 140 cm are required to purchase an adult ticket.
• Each adult traveler may bring one child under 6 years old or under 1.2 m in height for free admission.

• Each admission ticket is for personal use only and must be used on the selected date. The ticket remains valid for 90 days from the first use and allows multiple entries during this period.
• A full refund is available if the ticket has not been redeemed before 4:00 PM on the day of the visit. No refunds or changes are allowed after the validity period expires.
• To allow re-entry to the attraction during the visit, facial recognition information may be collected at the ticket gate. Travelers who do not wish to use this benefit may inform the staff that facial recognition collection is not required.
