Eligibility:

• Children aged 0-3 can enter free of charge.
• Children aged 0–12 must be accompanied by a paying adult (maximum 3 children per paying adult).
• Children aged 13-17 should purchase a youth ticket. A valid student ID is required at the entrance.
• Disability Discount tickets are offered to holders of our designated Disability Certificate. For each person with a disability certificate, one person may purchase a “Disability Discount” ticket as a companion. For details, please refer to the help page.

• You cannot purchase child tickets alone. Please ensure your purchase includes an adult ticket. One guardian is required for every three children, including free admissions.

Additional information:

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.
• Please note that all participants must enter the attractions together under the same booking. Separate entry is not allowed.
• Tickets can only be used on the selected date and cannot be used outside the selected dates. You cannot enter without a voucher.
• Please note you may have to wait 30-60 minutes before being admitted into the venue. Please be patient if any delays occur.
• Participants with wheelchairs will be requested to transfer to the venue's available wheelchairs once inside. The number of available wheelchairs is limited. Please take note that the wheelchairs are the standard type, without any special accessories.
• In some areas, you will need to go barefoot to experience the artwork. Please remove your shoes before entering the locker space. Water levels can rise to knee height for adults.
• Small children are recommended to wear clothes that they don't mind getting wet, or to bring a change of clothes for them.
• If your clothing gets wet, the staff will ask you to change. For safety reasons, guests are not allowed entry into the next artwork with wet clothes. If you do not have a change of clothes, there are towels available to rent. Please wipe off your wet clothes before entering the next artwork
• Please note that an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Your underwear may reflect on the mirror surface if you wear a skirt or wide-hemmed pants. It is highly recommended to wear pants during the experience.
• The facility is not liable for any participants' injury, loss, or other problems occurring inside the venue.
• Due to the facility's intricate layout, pets, including guide dogs, are prohibited from entering
• Lockers for small luggage are available to use and free of charge. Lockers are 23 cm wide, 34 cm deep, and 37 cm high.
• Please note that some artworks display flashing lights and loud noises.
• Limited Admissions: teamLab Planets TOKYO will sell “pre-order” electronic tickets in 30-minute time slots with a specified date and time to ease visitor congestion. In addition, we are limiting the number of tickets available for each time slot and restricting admission to avoid overcrowding once we reopen.
• The exhibition will be open to the public in case of light rain. The exhibition may be canceled in case of strong rain with strong winds such as typhoons.
• Tickets can only be used on the dates selected and cannot be used outside the selected dates.
• Due to safety reasons, certain areas are not accessible to pregnant women.
• For visitors with children, please ensure you hold their hand at all times to avoid any potential danger.
• Please note that video or photo recording at the site may take place without prior notice.
• Strollers are not allowed inside. Please leave your stroller in the designated area before entering.

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue.

• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited.
